Shipping Methods and Carriers
Carriers are selected at time of shipment creation and depend on the shipping address. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, UPS, ICS Courier, Purolator, GLS, FedEx.
Shipping Zones:
We ship to Canada and the contiguous U.S.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.
Processing Time
Non-custom orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Custom orders may take 4 to 8 weeks to ship depending on the time of year, order complexity and the availability of berth dimensions. Our team will work with you to provide an ETA once your order has been placed.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on location, customs clearance, and carrier delays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on product size and weight along with the shipping destination.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking email once your shipment has been scheduled. If you are having trouble tracking your order, contact us at info@customboatbedding.com and we will provide assistance.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations for non-custom products can be made until the order ships. Custom products can be changed up until the fabric has been ordered or the customization has begun.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at info@customboatbedding.com and we will work to resolve the problem.
Customs and Duties:
Orders shipping to the U.S. that exceed $800 in value are subject to duties when clearing customs. You will be responsible for paying these duty fees prior to receiving your shipment.
